By scheduling or receiving services from Gadea Gardening Service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before booking.
1. About Us
Gadea Gardening Service ("we," "us," or "our") is a family-owned lawn care, gardening, and landscaping company serving Southern California. These Terms of Service govern all services we provide to you ("Client" or "you") and your use of our website.
2. Services
We provide residential and commercial gardening, lawn maintenance, and landscaping services, which may include:
- Regular lawn mowing, edging, and trimming
- Garden bed maintenance and weed control
- Shrub shaping, pruning, and hedge trimming
- Leaf blowing and general yard cleanup
- Seasonal cleanups (spring and fall)
- Planting, mulching, and soil care
- Irrigation system checks (minor adjustments)
Specific services will be outlined in your estimate or service agreement. Work not listed in the agreed scope is not included and may be quoted separately.
3. Estimates and Agreements
All quotes are based on information provided at the time of estimate and an initial walkthrough of the property where applicable. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from what was described or observed during the estimate.
Recurring service agreements continue on the agreed schedule until you request cancellation in writing or by phone.
4. Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the service areas on scheduled days. This includes:
- Unlocking gates or providing access codes prior to your scheduled service window
- Securing pets away from the work area on service days
- Notifying us of any obstacles, hazards, or areas to avoid on your property
If we are unable to access the property on the scheduled day without prior notice from you, a service visit fee may apply.
5. Battery-Powered Equipment
We use all-electric, battery-powered equipment on every job. This means no gas fumes on your property, quieter operation for your neighborhood, and a reduced environmental footprint. Service quality is not affected — our professional-grade equipment is equivalent in performance to gas-powered alternatives.
6. Payment Terms
Recurring Services
Payment for regularly scheduled services is due upon completion of each visit unless a monthly billing arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and other payment methods discussed at the time of service agreement.
One-Time and Project Work
For project-based or one-time services, a deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Late Payments
Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may result in a suspension of service. Accounts 30+ days past due may be subject to a late fee and/or referral to a collections process.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service visit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling +18776119645. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one standard service visit.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such cases.
8. Satisfaction and Re-Service
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any work performed, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge. We ask that re-service requests be communicated promptly so we can make it right.
9. Property and Plant Damage
We exercise reasonable care on every job. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, dead or diseased plants, irrigation system damage that was not disclosed at the time of service, or conditions caused by drought, frost, or pests. We are not responsible for items left in the lawn or yard (sprinkler heads, toys, hoses, etc.) that may be damaged during mowing or other services.
If our team causes accidental damage while providing agreed-upon services, please notify us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and address the issue.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost use of property, or similar losses.
11. Use of Website
Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service inquiries. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to attempt to interfere with the website's operation.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate California court.

Program Description: We send text messages to provide service estimates, scheduling updates, appointment reminders, and direct communication regarding your lawn care and landscaping services.
